Not a fan of Christmas? Unhappy with the presents Santa has delivered over the years? Here's a twisted Christmas tale right up your alley.
Preferably Blue tells the story of a depressed and lonely Easter Bunny who overloads on alcohol and anti-depressants, driven by his hate of Santa who overtakes him every year as the best gift giver.
Determined to put a lid on this unfortunate situation, he sets out to bring Santa down, once and for all, but while he progresses his vodka-fuelled plan, he learns something about himself that will change Christmas forever.
In cooperation with Show Me Shorts, the first New Zealand film festival to receive Academy Award accreditation, Stuff is presenting this heart-warming Christmas tale, directed by Alan Dickson. If you like what you see, there are more Christmas themed films at the?Show Me Shorts Screening Room.
British comedian, actor, writer and director Harry Enfield voices the Bunny and the rhyming dialogue and amazing animation detail creates an hilarious Christmas tale.
The short film was produced by Yukfoo, one of New Zealand's most respected and awarded animation studios.
